Sienna Homberg Smith is an Assistant Property Manager at Lara Real Estate, bringing hands-on experience across both residential and commercial property management. Since leaving school, she has worked end-to-end in real estate, developing strong skills in inspections, client service, and relationship management.
In her role, Sienna conducts routine and entry inspections, assists with home opens, and supports the Business Development team to strengthen client relationships. She prides herself on professionalism, attention to detail, and creating a supportive experience for tenants and owners alike.
Originally from Western Australia, Sienna moved to Victoria to expand her career and now calls the Geelong region home. Living in the Grovedale and Belmont area, she’s already embraced the local lifestyle—playing netball for the Anakie Football and Netball Club and connecting with the community around her.
Driven by growth, reliability, and genuine care, Sienna aims to make property management a positive, trusted experience. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, reading, heading to the gym, and spending time with family and friends—or catching some sunshine at the beach when she can.
