Koda Smith is a Field Officer at Lara Real Estate, supporting the property management department with a reliable and organised approach. In her day-to-day role, Koda assists with routine inspections, out-of-office duties, and ongoing support for the property management team, helping ensure tasks are completed efficiently and clients continue to receive a high standard of service.
Born and raised in Geelong with strong family ties to Lara, Koda brings a genuine understanding of the local community and a caring, approachable nature to her role. Holding a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, she is passionate about creating positive experiences within property management and helping challenge the negative perceptions sometimes associated with the industry. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of the outdoors.
